Brand
Know where every campaign is, and how to start the next one.
That is the whole job of running campaigns: knowing where each one sits in the process and how to start another. Proslync writes both down. New Campaign walks you through the brief the way booking an airline ticket does, and every deal after it moves through named states on one record.
Proslync makes no NCAA, College Sports Commission, school, or conference affiliation claim.
Campaign anatomy
Usage rights and exclusivity, up front
Usage rights are the most negotiated and most forgotten piece: can the brand reuse the athlete’s content in paid ads, on its website, for a set window or forever. New Campaign asks for them, and for exclusivity, before the brief goes out, so both sides see them at signing rather than after.
This is the part the brand cares about most, and the part that usually lives in fine print until it is a dispute.
A brief with structure
Objective, target segments, key message, do’s and don’ts, brand assets. Drop-downs across a couple of short pages, not a blank form. Save as draft anywhere.
Deliverables that become collabs
Posts, stories, reels, appearances, long form. Each carries a quantity and a due date and becomes its own trackable piece of the deal.
Compensation with a type
One-time fee, per post, commission, or gifting. A required type, not a vague range, so the payout record is arithmetic.
States, not status updates
Deals move open, in talks, signed, cleared, funded. Payments move funded, released, paid. Every side reads the same states at the same time.

Illustrative brief, not a real campaign. Athletes are public figures ranked on public reach data; scores are produced by the engine on this page. Nike has no relationship with Proslync and has not reviewed, approved, or commissioned this. A human makes the pick.
Defensible sourcing
Rules first, then the field.
A launched campaign runs against the rulebook before anyone sees it. ProsMatch then ranks the eligible field against the brief, the market, and the budget, with the reasoning attached. The shortlist is a number you can walk finance through. The pick stays a human decision.
- Eligibility settled before outreachAthletes never see a campaign they cannot be approved for, and you never spend a week courting someone the AD office was always going to reject.
- Explainable rankFive weighted domains, a per-athlete match score, and the reason behind the number.
- One recordThe chosen athlete carries the brief, the terms, the proof requirements, and the approvals on the same object.
Early access
Every deal leaves a record the AD office can read.
The product this is built toward: a marketing team opens Proslync, sets a brief, and gets a ranked list of athletes it can actually sign. Campaign to deal to payment, each step written to the record all four sides read.
No public pricing is stated.
